I’ll comment specifically on the restaurant as I don’t use the VLT’s nor would I stay at the hotel as I only live 20 minutes away. The food is simply excellent with reasonable prices. The dining room is spacious and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. I’ve already ran into old acquaintances here! The cook and waitress do their jobs very well and provide great service - they are worthy of a generous tip. This is one of the best places to get a meal in the town of Bridgewater. Highly recommended.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless room and delicious breakfast, this hotel made my stay unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Food courts nearby, near to Bridgewater mall. Will definitely be back!

This newly renovated hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spacious , spotless, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the updated design gives the whole place a fresh, luxurious feel. Great location, excellent service, and top-notch amenities—highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful rooms -spacious, clean, Washroom were clean, we told the person at check in that our group is missing Chai with Indian flavours and they even end up serving Chai with all the flavours from India. Great hospitality.. thanks to Deep

I came here with my husband and had a great stay! The homemade food was delicious and the staff were very obedient and professional. Lots of areas at walkable distance, the location is great! The rooms were comfy and clean and so were the bathrooms. Everything seemed to be new like the curtains and bedsheets and they are also undergoing renovations. Definitely coming back!

The motel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We were on a business trip and had reserved two rooms, both of which were spotless. The property is currently undergoing an exterior facelift, enhancing its overall appearance. Situated on a beautiful corner lot, it offers both convenience and visual appeal. I stayed here on a bike camping trip as this is the closest hotel to the trails. The hotel is being renovated and the pool is not available, however the room I stayed in was well renovated and very comfortable. Front desk staff let me put my bike in the locked conference room. I had to stay an extra day after tweaking my back and Mohindar on the front desk was very concerned and solicitous, offering to get me anything I needed - thanks! For cyclists there are two nearby trail exits and Google will flip-flop between them and get very confused. Pick a trail exit and navigate to that, then the hotel.

I had a very positive experience at the Bridgewater Hotel. The receptionist, Smeet, was incredibly welcoming and helpful — a great first impression! I also want to highlight the head of the cleaning service, who was professional, responsive, and very friendly. Their attention to detail made a big difference during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, especially considering the hotel’s category. Everything was functional, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay. Location-wise, the hotel is very well situated, close to shops and restaurants. It’s a walkable and safe area, which made getting around easy. This hotel has potential. The team running it is friendly and clearly doing their best to keep things tidy, even during renovations. The cleanliness stands out, but the rooms could use some love—especially the curtains, which are quite worn, and the bathrooms, which feel dated. It’s a good temporary stay, and once renovations are done, it could be something special.
